Useful as a guardrail against converting an instrument reading into a generic freshness, age, authenticity, or quality claim. Repeated calibration is not independent bottle replication or validated quality classification. Oxidation was assumed, not independently measured.
The measurement technology is beer-specific. The retained methodological point is that sensor interpretation depends on controlled sample state, representative calibration, and uncertainty.
Beer dielectric measurements did not support one universal threshold. Foam, bubbles, temperature, time after opening, probe contact, container state, composition, and frequency affected readings, and uncertainty was estimated through repeated complete calibrations.

Evidence
Paste the exact quote, paraphrase, statistic, definition, or source claim into Excerpt Text. Use Excerpt Type to distinguish quotation from interpretation.
Location and context
Record Locator Type, Locator Start, Locator End when needed, and Source Section. Explain the surrounding argument in Context.
