The simulation observed no guaiacol evaporation during its time frame; sensory implications remain an inference.
The result comes from molecular-dynamics simulations over defined concentrations and time windows.
At about 45 percent ethanol or lower, modeled guaiacol favored the interface; at 59 percent it shifted toward the bulk, leading the authors to hypothesize that dilution could increase interface availability and evaporation probability.

Capture evidence faithfully. Select one Source, record a usable locator, and preserve enough surrounding context to prevent misquotation.
Evidence
Paste the exact quote, paraphrase, statistic, definition, or source claim into Excerpt Text. Use Excerpt Type to distinguish quotation from interpretation.
Location and context
Record Locator Type, Locator Start, Locator End when needed, and Source Section. Explain the surrounding argument in Context.
