One Literature Note synthesizes one Source. It should be understandable without reopening the source while remaining traceable to exact Excerpts.

Source argument

Summarize the author's central argument and relevant reasoning in your own words.

Evidence map

Connect the exact Excerpts that support this note. Do not place unlocated quotations only in the page body.

Researcher synthesis

Explain what the source contributes to the project, how it connects to other research, and where you agree, disagree, or remain uncertain.

Assessment

Record evidence quality, source limitations, and open questions. Separate the author's position from your interpretation.

Completion checklist

Exactly one canonical Source is related.
Every consequential assertion is backed by one or more Excerpts.
Core Summary is complete.
Author Argument and Researcher Synthesis are distinct.
Limitations and open questions are recorded.
Candidate durable ideas have been promoted to Zettels.
Note Status is Complete only after this checklist passes.

Full-Review Audit — September 27, 2026

The full twelve-page E1879-22 standard has not been read. The existing note evaluates the public catalog scope only. Its former Complete status must not be interpreted as a full-standard review.

The official catalog was checked again: the 2022 edition is listed as active, with twelve pages. No matching full-text file was found by filename search in the local Knowledge Library or Movies volume. The catalog also displays an AI-use restriction; obtaining a copy alone would not resolve that separate processing-permission issue.

The public scope is useful for deciding that alcohol-specific planning belongs alongside a sensory method. It cannot establish exact serving limits, statistical procedures or conformity. The detailed session checklist in Researcher Synthesis is an Academy proposal, not a verified transcription of the licensed guide. Preserve existing public-scope evidence and citations; defer the full review until a suitable authorized source or human review is available. Continue accessible library works meanwhile.
