No access
Full written review of the archived corporate article; verification map, not cleared historical evidence.
Source argument
No access is a collaborative company overview rather than a sustained historical argument. Its narrative connects early bottled-whiskey marketing with family control and later diversification.
Evidence map
- Identity/infobox, extracted lines 1–19: company overview and dated financials. Reference 1 labels a FY2025 annual report but gives a June 2024 date; verify the actual filing before quoting numbers.
- Early years, lines 20–27 and references 5–9: incompatible partnership accounts name John or George Forman, use 1889 or 1890 for a name change, and give death/purchase versus later sale versions. The 1905 Memoirs of the Lower Ohio Valley is a promising contemporary lead, not yet checked.
- Twentieth century, lines 28–31: succession and medicinal-whiskey claim. Reference 11 points to Bourbon Empire p.185. Distinguish permission to sell/bottle existing medicinal stock from permission to distill; do not repeat an unqualified six-producers claim.
- Twenty-first century, lines 32–43: diversification, acquisitions, disposals and layoffs. Verify each event using its contemporary announcement; do not treat a historical portfolio list as current.
- Stock and brands, lines 44–56: separates voting and nonvoting shares and lists beverage categories. Useful entities for retrieval; no live ownership reconciliation performed.
- Environmental impact and China dispute, lines 57–60: dated ranking and attributed allegations. Outside the immediate historical synthesis and not independently verified here.
- References/external links, lines 61–97: all 29 reference entries reviewed as bibliography. Lines 98–116 are navigation and authority-control apparatus, not additional company evidence.
Researcher synthesis
Separate founder biography, corporate chronology, marketing innovation and current corporate state. The existing No access is a potential first-party comparison, not treated as newly read. The archived article's missing 1920–2005 narrative demonstrates why this page cannot stand in for comprehensive company history.
Assessment
Tertiary discovery value is useful; factual promotion is withheld. Present-day ownership, financials and allegations require direct verification. Image pixels, native attachment and presentation settings remain open. No verbatim quotations used.

Preservation reconciliation — September 8, 2026
The original HTML snapshot is now included in the native Wikipedia-Captures-173-218.zip package on No access. Earlier preservation-pending language is superseded for that HTML only. Local original hashes and ZIP integrity were checked; native attachment presence was refetched. Remote images/assets were not bundled and a new cloud-byte comparison was not performed. Written-source reading does not establish that every cited work or illustration was reviewed. Other source-specific holds remain unchanged.
