Assessment
All eight article images reviewed. Proof/entry-proof confusion, regulatory anachronism, Gimli geography, additive allegations, age and pH claims need corroboration. Forecasts are dated.
Corroborate the specifically qualified historical, production and regulatory claims before publication.
Visual evidence assessment — September 12, 2026
All eight article images reviewed: branded sample bottle, Seagram’s/MGP brick facades, historical stacked barrels, distant campus and aerial views, warehouse group photograph and Metze’s Select bottle. The pictured bottle states 2015 Medley, Indiana straight bourbon, 93 proof and 46.5% ABV; its component-label structure supports the article’s blend discussion, not all claimed historic recipes. Warehouse barrels visibly lie horizontally in the group photograph; this does not establish the campus-wide proportion palletized. Exterior masonry and aerial geography do not prove humidity, evaporation, water chemistry, recipes or ownership dates. The 2020 forecasts, inconsistent Gimli geography, distillation versus entry-proof wording, regulatory attribution and supplier allegations remain qualified. No comments in the preserved article.
