E. H. Taylor: Old Fashioned Sour Mash (2011) — Buffalo Trace Distillery

Distilled 2002 using a recreated process that lets the mash sour for days. Contemporary March 2011 review establishes release and reports nine years; a later Distiller listing instead says 2012/ten years. The contemporary source takes precedence for this inaugural profile.
