Current producer program specifies nine years and 110 proof. A single high-rye barrel is blended with low-rye whiskey; this is not an unblended single-barrel whiskey. These current specifications must not be backfilled onto older picks. Maryland-style describes the flavor tradition; the program page does not establish where every component was distilled.
