Sagamore Cask Strength Rye (55%) | Doc Swinson Alter Ego Rye (35%) | Joseph Magnus Triple Cask (10%)
Aroma:
Rich, festive, and wine-forward. The Sherry and Armagnac influences from Doc Swinson and Magnus jump right out, smelling of raisins, dried figs, plum pudding, and old leather, pinned down by the fresh herbal rye mint of the Sagamore.
Palate:
Thick, unctuous, and highly decadent. Because we protected the proof by leaning on Sagamore and Doc Swinson, it doesn't taste muddy. It tastes like "Christmas in a glass" at barrel strength. You're hit with stewed apricots, dark brown sugar, and sweet vermouth, which transitions into cinnamon roasted nuts, leather, and dark chocolate-covered cherries.
Finish:
Deeply warming and slightly drying due to the wine-cask tannins. It leaves a long, elegant trail of tobacco leaf, dark fruit syrup, clove, and a crisp eucalyptus finish that cuts right through the heavy fruit sweetness.

Blend Recipe:
Sagamore Cask Strength Rye (50%) | Old Forester 1920 (35%) | Barrell Vantage (15%)
Aroma:
Classic high-proof Kentucky style. It smells rich, sweet, and aggressive. Heavy cherry cola, molasses, and vanilla bean lead the way, heavily accented by a woody, spicy punch of cinnamon sticks and nutmeg from the Vantage staves.
Palate:
This is a massive flavor bomb. The front of the palate gets crushed by the 1920’s signature burnt caramel, marshmallow, and dark stone fruits. As it moves to the mid-palate, the Sagamore and Vantage ignite into a fiery wave of red hot cinnamon candies, cracked black pepper, and clove. It has a thick, syrupy texture that holds the proof heat beautifully.
Finish:
Explosive and incredibly long. The sweetness drops off, leaving a massive wave of spiced oak, orange peel, and a cooling wintergreen/mint oil sensation that keeps your palate tingling for minutes.

Blend Recipe:
Alberta Premium CS Rye (70%) | Westward Whiskey Cask Strength Single Malt (20%) | Milam & Green Unabridged (10%)
Aroma:
An unusual and fascinating combination. It opens with the sharp, clean, citrusy, and minty notes typical of 100% Canadian rye, but it is immediately followed by a heavy cloud of cocoa powder, malted milkballs, and toasted sourdough bread.
Palate:
The mouthfeel is sharp and prickled initially from the high-proof Alberta, but the Westward single malt adds a unique, dense oiliness that coats the tongue. You get hits of bright green apple, candied ginger, and white pepper, which rapidly melt into deep dark chocolate, roasted espresso beans, and a sugary breakfast-cereal sweetness.
Finish:
Long, dry, and distinctly grainy. The malted rye from Milam & Greene bridges the gap, leaving a lingering flavor of dark cacao, dusty barrel char, and an earthy, herbal warmth that sits deep in the chest.

Blend Recipe:
MIlam & Green: Unabridged (40%) | Joseph Magnus: Triple Cask (35%) | Barrell: Vantage (25%)
Aroma:
Dusty cocoa powder, old fine leather, and crushed almonds (from the Unabridged), immediately opening up to reveal stewed prunes, dark cherry compote, and a rich, dry cigar-box cedar note (from the Armagnac and Vantage barrels).
Palate:
Heavily viscous, oily, and intensely warming. The front hits like a melted candy bar—brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste. On the mid-palate, the high proof pushes a wave of dry tobacco leaf, heavy rye spice, and dark chocolate-covered raisins across the tongue.
Finish:
Exceptionally deep and dry. The sweetness pulls back, leaving a massive, lingering trail of baking spices, dark clove, and black pepper with a faintly smoky, oaky oiliness that won't get washed out if you choose to smoke a cigar alongside it

Blend Recipe:
Alberta: Premium CS Rye (50%) | Barrell: Seagrass Rye (30%) | Doc Swinson: Alter Ego Rye (20%)
Aroma:
Immediate tropical notes of roasted pineapple, apricot jam, and bright honey. The youthful, solvent-like bite of standard Seagrass disappears, replaced by an aroma of toasted hazelnut, white flowers, and old leather
Palate:
Viscous and buttery. It hits with Meyer lemon and clover honey, rapidly transitioning into fresh basil, black pepper, and herbal rosemary. The addition of the heavily aged Canadian base tames the aggressive fruit, giving it the depth of a spirit left in a barrel for two decades
Finish:
A long, luxurious fade of molasses, dry oak char, and a soft red-wine dryness that cools down into a faint wintergreen and eucalyptus note.
