Flavor families derive from recorded descriptors, never from mashbill/cask/proof alone. Blank means unknown, not absent; N/A only when truly inapplicable. Keep source basis, batch applicability and conflicts explicit; original paraphrase only. Separate perceived sweetness from measured sugar, flavor persistence from cask finishing. No intensity scores without a defined tasting method.
