Understanding Blended Bourbon Whiskey
At least 51% straight bourbon whiskey on a proof-gallon basis. The remainder can be whiskey, neutral spirits, or both, with neutral spirits limited to 49%. This differs from a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys.
